4 filets of fish (fresh sea fish )
Canola oil for frying
1.5 cup raw tahini Nazareth (you can use Nazareth tahini from whole sesame)
Salt and pepper as needed
1 chopped onion
Chopped green peppers
1 – salt the fish
2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the filets
3. Prepare the tahini so that it is sparse and sprinkle with coarse salt and black pepper
Heat the oven to 180c degrees (400f)
5. Place the fried filets in a pan and place over the chopped onion and the green pepper. Pour the tahini over the fish and place in the oven for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the fresh lemon .
