Crushed lamb  meat {  kufta }  shamieh : 

1/2 kg  chopped lamb  meat 
1 small onion finely chopped
Finely chopped parsley
Salt + pepper to taste
1 cup of Tahini Nazareth
2 cups cold water
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation:
Mix the meat, onions, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pour the mixture in a small base, add a teaspoon of oil, put in a preheated oven for 200c  degrees, for half an hour.

After removing from the oven, mix the Tahini Nazareth with cold water and lemon juice, until the mixture is thin and add to the meat pan.

Return to oven for another 3 minutes.
