Cauliflower baked in Tahina Nazareth

Materials:
1 pound fresh cauliflower 
A little corn oil
1/4  cup freshly squeezed lemon
1 cup raw Nazareth tahini 
1 cup cold water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2  teaspoon black pepper

Preparation :
Cut the cauliflower in small pieces
Preheat the oven to 220C  degrees
Spread the pan with  corn oil and put the pieces of cauliflower and make sure each piece of the cauliflower is covered  in corn oil and place the pan in a preheated oven to 220 degrees Celsius (about 15 minutes)
Remove the golden cauliflowe
5. In a bowl, combine the Tahini Nazareth with the cold water and the freshly squeezed lemon juice and a teaspoon of salt with  1/2 teaspoon of  black pepper
Add the pieces of baked cauliflower to the bowl and stir well
