Hummus chickpeas with Nazareth sesame paste 

1 cup humus is chickpeas sung all night in a bowl with water (the height of the water as a finger above the hummus)
Baking powder
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
minced garlic
1/4 cup of Tahini Nazareth
Salt to taste

Preparation:

• Boil the chickpeas with water and add a little baking powder until the chickpeas soften. Then, drain the chickpeas and cool in tap water.
• Place the filtered chickpeas in a mixer and grind together with the crushed lemon, crushed garlic and tahini.
